The 28 day meditation challenge

Want to get in on the most awesome way to kick-start your meditation practice this side of Nirvana? I thought so.

I’m guessing that some of you don’t have a meditation practice and want one. Others have an irregular meditation practice and want it to be regular. And no doubt a bunch of you have meditation on your list of New Year resolutions.

If you’re on my subscriber list, you’ll know I’ve been planning on doing this for a while. I figured January is a good time to do it.

So here’s the deal.

Starting Monday (7th January) you’re invited to take the My Buddhist Life 28 day meditation challenge.

If you want to set up (or get back into) a regular meditation practice, and you want to do it knowing others are doing it too, join in!

Tweet about it, write comments on my Facebook page, and on your Facebook page. Let others know what you’re doing and how it’s going.

For those 28 days I’ll be writing about different aspects of meditation, to help you establish and maintain your practice.

Essentially you’ll be on a free 4-week online course, with tips, advice and inspiration to help you on your way.

Not only that.

During the 28 day meditation challenge, I’ll be available to answer questions about meditation by email.

When you tweet, remember to add the hash tag #28daymeditation so we can all follow the conversation.

Did you know The Meditator's Handbook is out? It has everything you need to set up and maintain an effective meditation practice. Check it out!
