Happy New Year

The time has come once again to let go of all last year’s nonsense, do a little dance, shake out the sillies, and write a list of ways to be bigger, faster and more (or smaller, slower and less) in 2013.

If you’re into the whole new year’s resolutions thing, here are some questions to help you uncover where you’re at, where you want to be, and how to get there:

  1. What went great this year? (at least three things)
  2. What’s not perfect yet?
  3. When everything’s rolling just right at the end of 2013, what will it look, feel, smell and sound like?
  4. What is the step before achieving the things you want to achieve? And the step before that? And the step before that? (Right back until you arrive at where you currently are).

You now have a clear picture of where you want to be, where you are now, and how to get from one to the other.

So get cracking, and Happy New Year!
